As a Registered Nurse (RN) You Are Responsible For

- Providing evidence-based nursing care for residents in accordance with their care plan and in cooperation with the resident and other members of the care team.
- The supervision and direction of Registered Nurse Graduates, Enrolled Nurses (EN), Student Nurses and Personal Care Workers (PCW).
- Liaising closely with clinical staff, residents, families, allied health professionals, GP’s and relevant external organisations.

- Managing staff performance, including conducting regular performance reviews and providing support for ongoing development.
- Providing high-quality medical care, including assessing residents’ health conditions, monitoring vital signs, and managing medications and treatments.
- Bachelor of Nursing with current unrestricted AHPRA registration.
- Current valid First Aid and CPR Certificates.
- Maintain up to date professional and ethical practice in the provision of aged care services and infection control in line with legal and AHPRA requirements and the Nurses Code of Conduct.
- Experience in Aged Care and willingness to undertake on-going mandatory training.
