The Finance & Administration Officer reports to the Assistant Accountant and is responsible for finance functions and administration of Torbay Lifestyles & Care and Torbay Constructions Pty Ltd.

- Performing accounts receivable functions and debtor management
- Processing bank reconciliations
- Contract administration and data entry into finance systems
- Respond to account queries
- Support general operational administration
- Apply financial policies and procedures consistently and professionally
- 5 + years’ experience in finance and finance administration and/or certificate IV in finance.
- Experienced in accounts receivable and bank reconciliations.
- Experienced in Xero and confident to learn and use other software.
- Experienced in Microsoft Office 365, especially in excel.
- Valid and current Police Certificate.
- Good understanding of financial functions.
- Highly developed organisational and time management skills.
- Proactive and self-sufficient, demonstrating the ability to take ownership of tasks with confidence and efficiency.
- Accurate data entry and good analytical skills.
