RSM Perth is looking for a motivated and detail-driven Senior Analyst to join our Financial Due Diligence (FDD) division. What You'll Be Doing

As a Senior Analyst in our FDD team, you'll play a key role in delivering insightful, data-driven advice to clients across a range of transactions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions and capital raisings
• Reviewing and analysing historical and forecast financial performance
• Preparing Independent Accountant's Reports for ASX listings
• Preparing clear, concise, and insightful client reports
• Collaborating with clients, legal advisors, and other stakeholders
• Mentoring and supporting junior team members

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone with a strong foundation in audit who's ready to take on a more analytical and commercial role. Ideally, you'll bring:

• 3-4 years' experience in external audit or a similar financial role
• A completed or near-completed CA qualification (or equivalent)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and report-writing abilities
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset

Bonus points if you have:

• Exposure to transaction services or corporate finance
• A commercial mindset and interest in business strategy
