ServiceNow Developer

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development roles
• ServiceNow Administrator Certification (or higher)
• ITIL Practitioner Certification (or higher)
• Proven skills in Business Rules, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and Workflow Design
• Proficient in scripting with JavaScript, Glide, PowerShell, and frameworks such as .NET, Angular, React
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services and cloud infrastructure
• Solid understanding of APIs, middleware, and network components like firewalls and proxies
• Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments with multiple integration points
• Ability to develop detailed solution documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders

Desirable Skills:

• Capability to design, script, and enhance ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITSM Pro, ITOM, and custom integrations
• Experience leading the design, development, and delivery of scalable ServiceNow solutions
• Strong coordination and communication skills to work with internal stakeholders and vendors
• Ability to build and maintain release plans and manage environment provisioning in ServiceNow
• Skilled in creating technical design documents, including "as-built" and operational guides
• Awareness of emerging technologies and aligning solutions with enterprise standards
