Brightstar Resources (ASX: BTR) owns and operates the established Second Fortune Gold Mine and the newly launched Fish Mine in the Laverton Goldfields region of Western Australia. As part of our preparation for new sites and projects to launch, we have created a position in our Subiaco head office for a Systems Accountant.


You will lead the project to upgrade our version of Pronto (our ERP system), extend the modules used, and help to further embed the system across the business. In addition to:

  • Leading the recommendation/selection process and setup of our BI software;
  • Working with external consultants to find the best solutions and software setups for our company;
  • Managing system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) across different user groups;
  • Developing training materials, and providing training to different groups of users; and
  • Manage the systems once configured and live, and lead a process improvement schedule.


You will have tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (finance, accounting) with a CA/CPA (desirable), and significant experience across ERP (Pronto experience is highly desirable) and BI systems. You will be experienced in project management, have high attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
