The Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team at our Moranbah Village located approximately two and half hours inland from Mackay, QLD.
This position is a hands on role within the team and is responsible for managing the housekeeping department, including rostering, organising and supervising the work, conducting daily room audits, and general administration, whilst maintaining strong working relationships with other departments and guests.

The Role

About You
- To be successful, you will have:
- Demonstrated relevant work experience at a management level
- Experience in high volume, fast paced work environments
- Good computer and administrative skills.
- The ability to train / assist in staff training.
- Demonstrated experience working successfully in a team
- A good eye for detail
- Exceptional communication skills
- The ability to work well under pressure
- Remote work experience (highly regarded)
- Class C, Manual Driver’s Licence
- 14/7 Lifestyle roster – seven days off every two weeks
