As a Digital Optimisation Analyst, you will support the development and execution of omni-channel personalisation strategies to enhance customer experience and drive conversions. You will work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to ensure digital marketing initiatives are optimized across all channels

- Assist in designing and executing MarTech personalisation strategies to improve user engagement and conversion across multiple channels
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Product teams to help create seamless customer experiences across digital campaigns and platforms
- Support the development and tracking of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies to align with company marketing goals
- Identify opportunities for improving conversion rates across website and email channels
- Help implement and analyse A/B and multivariate testing to optimise landing pages and key content on the website(s)
- Assist in analysing user behaviour, website performance, and key conversion metrics to uncover insights
- Use data analytics tools to monitor and report on CRO performance, making recommendations for improvement
- Help implement and manage personalisation tools, such as Marketing Cloud Personalisation, to better understand user behaviour and support optimisations
- 3+ years of experience in conversion rate optimisation (CRO), personalisation, or a related field, with a strong interest in developing these skills further
- Familiarity with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and data analytics
- Basic understanding of personalisation platforms like Marketing Cloud Personalisation or Dynamic Yield (or willingness to learn)
- Experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics to measure and report on website performance
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Self-motivated with a passion for enhancing user experience and contributing to business success
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team
