This Federal government department is currently on the lookout for a several experienced Network Engineers to work on a multi-billion-dollar Network Transformation program. You will be responsible for the build of a brand new network and transition activities from the old network to the new.

To apply for this role you must be an Australian Citizen capable of obtaining a security clearance

Responsibilities

  • Design, engineer and implement solutions that support customer requirements and critical backbone architecture
  • Create network documentation and training as required for supporting engineering and NOC teams
  • Define and implement best practices for network and capacity management
  • Identify areas of opportunity for automation and network optimizatio

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Networking, Information Technology, or related field
  • 8+ years of network engineering experience with IP networks
  • 6+ years of experience in the design, development and implementation of IP and MPLS network architectures.
  • Good understanding of SD-WAN and SD-Access
  • Experience with NDFC is highly regarded
