Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Marketing Manager – APAC to lead and execute our marketing initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region. This role is pivotal in shaping Fusion's brand presence, driving demand generation, and ensuring alignment with both regional nuances and global strategies. The ideal candidate will be used to navigating competitive markets, comfortable with working in fast-paced and changing environments and be able to collaborate successfully with the leadership team to drive the continued success of this growing business. This role will be for 3 days (with possibility to extend in the future) and whilst there will be sufficient support to deliver against objectives within this time, we need a self-stater who can work at pace and autonomously.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive APAC marketing strategy that aligns with Fusion's business objectives and Amberjack's global vision.
  • Stay ahead and informed on regional trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
  • Adapt global marketing initiatives to resonate with local audiences, ensuring cultural relevance and effectiveness.


Brand Management

  • Maintain and enhance Fusion's brand identity across all channels and touchpoints in the APAC region.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging, visual elements, and brand voice, while allowing for regional customisation where appropriate.


Digital Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media.
  • Utilise marketing automation tools to nurture leads and drive conversions. Current platform is Hubspot.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, optimizing for ROI and engagement.


Event Management

  • Plan and oversee regional events, webinars, and conferences to promote Fusion's offerings and thought leadership.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful event execution and follow-up.


Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work closely with the Amberjack’s Group Head of Marketing to ensure alignment of strategies, sharing of best practices, and cohesive brand ‘representation.
  • Engage with global internal stakeholders, including sales and product teams, to support business development and client retention efforts.


Essential

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a marketing manager role, preferably within the APAC region.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies across multiple channels.
  • Strong understanding of regional market dynamics, cultural nuances, and consumer behaviours.
  • Experience with marketing tools and platforms such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment


Desirable

  • Experience of working in the Early Careers sector
  • Understanding of basic design packages (e.g. Adobe) and ability to work with pre-designed templates
