What is the Analytics Specialist?
We are seeking a candidate with a solid background in digital analytics and tagging, particularly Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. Your role involves delivering comprehensive analytics solutions from inception to completion. With exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, you'll collaborate with a diverse team and work with clients including Volkswagen Group, and McDonalds. This role offers abundant learning/training opportunities, including direct collaboration with Google.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide clients through the entire service process as an expert. (Consulting, Implementation, QA, Support, Workshops/trainings, Analysis etc.)
- Lead the client communication and ensuring that they can always contact us with their technical and business questions/ issues.
- Supporting digital analytics solutions across strategy, design and technical implementation.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Looker Studio, and other visualization tools for (KPIs)
- Engaging in internal taskforces for optimising the TRKKN services
What you'll need:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role (client or agency).
- Experience managing small to mid tier projects autonomously
- Proficiency in GA4/GTM. Basic knowledge of HTML/Javascript/CSS/SQL desirable.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
