What You’ll Do
We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Engineering Lead that will guide the definition and implementation of end-to-end test and test automation strategy, create automation scripts, provide tool recommendation and implementation guidance.
Key Responsibilities
Remain current with superannuation domain and hands on with testing superannuation products.
Define automation approach, best practices, setup tools across technologies and platforms
Work with business stakeholders and project managers to ascertain the opportunities for implementing automation for application systems; conduct automation feasibility assessments
Develop test strategy and test approach documents
Creating automation E2E test plan
Perform peer review of the code and provide approval
Creating, enhancing, debugging, and running the test cases
Collating and monitoring the defect management process
Managing the changes and executing regression tests
Coming up with exact solutions for problems related to object identity and error handling
Interacting with customers/clients to solve the various issues they face and provide appropriate solution
Here’s What You Need
Relevant testing architect and test management experience in Superannuation domain
Hand on experience with UI-Path automation tools
Has experience in building test automation framework with UI-Path
Test automation-related experience, with demonstrated success in multiple contexts and tooling
Demonstrated experience with UI, API, data base and mobile web automation, and UI automation and functional testing
Ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
Can work creatively and have strong examination ability in a problem-solving environment
Bonus points if with
Experience in building CI/CD pipelines through Azure DevOps
Understanding of application architectures
Experience using Test-Driven Development (TDD) or Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)
Experience in application development
Experience with continuous integration, including one or more of the build/deploy/version control tools
