Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and interpret regulatory and legislative changes, ensuring clinical compliance.
- Analyse clinical audits and incidents to develop effective risk mitigation plans.
- Implement and support clinical programs and education initiatives.
- Lead and review policies, systems and frameworks aligned with best practice care.
- Provide high-level guidance on clinical indicators, documentation and care outcomes.
- Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in aged and/or community care in a senior clinical or compliance advisory role.
- Strong understanding of aged care standards, compliance frameworks and quality systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change, solve complex problems, and influence positive outcomes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- National Police Check (or ability to obtain) and valid driver’s licence.
- Post-graduate qualifications in gerontic nursing, dementia care, quality assurance or health management.
- Play a vital role during a critical phase of service development.
