About The Role
Working within the Product and Digital Marketing team, you will use your skills to enhance our digital capability and improve customer experience. You will be responsible for managing the websites for our BOQ Business Banking brands including BOQ Specialist, BOQ Finance and BOQ Business working closely with key stakeholders across marketing, digital and product as well as our agency partners.
This diverse and dynamic role is integral for championing our Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) website upgrade to Cloud for our business brands as well as on-going maintenance and capability uplift. You’ll also focus on driving website optimisation activities as well as content updates.

As a Digital Producer, you’re passionate about digital marketing, A strategic and analytical thinker, you’re an expert in Adobe Experience Manager and website optimisation tools.
With 3+ years in a similar role in banking or a customer-centric environment, you excel in UX, ensuring seamless digital experiences. You thrive both independently and collaboratively, managing priorities with ease. While banking experience isn’t essential what matters is your digital expertise and strategic mindset.

Key responsibilities:
- Website management and uplift: support content updates, including BAU and campaign updates. You’ll also heavily support the rebuild of BOQ Specialist and BOQ Finance websites to Cloud. Following the website upgrade, you’ll manage website enhancements and defect fixes working with the broader BOQ Group Digital teams and our agency partners.
- Website optimisation: support website optimisation activities focused on improving customer experience and conversions.
- SEO & performance tracking: work closely with our Performance Marketing Team focused on implementing SEO recommendations and well as ensuring all our key conversion metrics are being tracked.
- Analytics & reporting: provide relevant insights on digital performance, applying data to drive continuous optimisation and enhance customer experience.
- Training & documentation: manage new user setup, provide training, share best practices, and maintain up-to-date documentation (requirements, testing, technical).
- SEO & Performance Tracking: Implement technical SEO best practices, optimise for conversions, and ensure tracking tags are correctly applied for reporting.
- User Experience & Testing: Conduct A/B testing, content testing, and lead user acceptance testing for monthly website enhancements and defect fixes in AEM.
- Stakeholder collaboration: work with agencies and group digital teams to apply data-driven insights, engage stakeholders, and communicate results effectively.

Key skills & experience:
- Prior experience with the Adobe suite (including Adobe Experience Manger, Adobe Target and Launch).
- Understanding of UX, IA, digital best practices and detailed understanding of online technology.
- Knowledge of website analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Amplitude and Google Analytics.
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications.
- Experience in working with multiple stakeholders (internal and external) and ability to build strong relationships whilst balancing business priorities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and accurately.
- Organised and detail oriented, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and focus on quality.
- Self-driven in keeping up to date in technical and industry knowledge.
