We’re seeking an experienced and highly capable Technical Project Manager who has SRGM ( strategic revenue growth management) and Trade promotions experience to take ownership of the planning, execution, and delivery of SaaS development and upgrades, as well as performance optimisation projects. You’ll work at the intersection of business, architecture, and delivery teams, ensuring efficient and high-quality technical outcomes.
This project is part of a broader strategic program. Success will require collaboration across multiple workstreams, alignment with other Project Managers, and close stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end Project Delivery: Define scope, timelines, deliverables and manage a detailed project schedule across agile or waterfall environments.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between business units, architecture teams, and technical delivery groups.
- Technical Alignment: Ensure upgrades and performance improvements meet cloud platform standards and business needs.
- Performance Optimisation: Identify and resolve performance issues with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Risk & Issue Management: Mitigate project risks proactively and manage change requests effectively.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards for testing, validation, and deployment to meet performance KPIs.
- Reporting & Documentation: Provide regular status updates to senior leadership and maintain robust project documentation.
- 10+ years of experience managing complex technical and SaaS projects.
- SRGM ( strategic revenue growth management) and Trade promotions experience
- Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), including architecture, upgrades, and performance tuning.
- Proven ability to deliver in Agile or Waterfall environments; certifications like PMP or Scrum Master are desirable.
- Strength in cross-functional collaboration, including with engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, capable of bridging technical and non-technical audiences.
- Skilled in tools such as Jira, Trello, MS Project, and cloud monitoring/performance platforms.
- Experience in or awareness of FMCG or beverage industries, particularly related to sales and planning systems.
- Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud automation.
- Experience with legacy system migration and cloud transformation projects.
- Familiarity with sales and promotion optimisation tools.
- Understanding of agile sprint cycles and iterative system delivery.
