Your Team
This opportunity is within the Platform Sales team which is a national team with representatives in all capital cities. The team is responsible for identifying growth opportunities (organic through existing relationships across, or inorganic through new clients) through proactive sales of the new Edge wrap platform or to existing supporters of FirstChoice and FirstWrap.
Your Responsibilities
- Working closely with the New Business, BDM and RM roles to support a combination of dedicated Edge technical training responsibilities and supporting practices who want to transition clients to CFS onto the Edge platform
- Providing technical training, coaching and guidance on CFS Edge to drive retention & growth opportunities across a specific panel of clients in metropolitan and regional locations.
- providing a combination virtual & onsite training in various forums (1:1 or groups) to ensure the utilisation and effectiveness of the Edge Platform in clients practices is maximised.
- The primary contact point for the specific panel of clients for technical, operational and service issues arising from the Edge Platform to increase efficiency, identify opportunities for improvements and increase service experience of new and existing clients on Edge Platform.
- Provide insights, market intelligence and frontline feedback on the Edge Platform with engagement with peers across Distribution, including Edge Implementation roles in other states, and key stakeholders across CFS Refer and assist sales activity of specialist offerings within the CFS product suite and report monthly on business activity, campaigns and market related information
Your Capability and Experience
- Proven experience in the Financial Services industry that will have provided you with a solid understanding of investment structures, funds management and Wrap Platforms.
- Solid interpersonal / communication skills and presentation skills.
- Strong technical knowledge of superannuation.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to operate without supervision on a proactive basis.
- Understanding of the advice process and obligations of an adviser will be well regarded.
- A valid Driver’s License is essential for this role
- RG146 qualified, or committed to obtain this qualification within six months of commencement Tertiary qualifications (preferably in IT/Commerce/Business/Economics/Accounting) will be highly regarded
