Your day to day

As the Senior Digital Lead for the OMG Connect business, the Digital Account Director plays a key role in shaping campaign strategy, leading a high-performing team, and acting as the primary digital contact for both independent agencies and direct clients. This role is all about building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and driving digital excellence across the account.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong, collaborative relationships as the account lead to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery.
  • Take ownership of relationships with senior clients and partner agencies across the group
  • Own the development of digital media plans across performance and brand channels in your patch
  • Provide clear strategic direction on budget allocations, platform roles, and success metrics for programmatic campaigns
  • Management of post campaign reporting that quantifies the value of the media strategy.
  • Working collaboratively with the trading team to deliver against client KPIs and ensure seamless buying experience
  • Effectively manage timelines, deliverables, and quality control across your team


Who are you?

  • Proven experience in a Digital account management role, ideally at Senior Manager level
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the digital landscape specifically programmatic
  • Strong media planning and buying experience across digital channels
  • Proven experience leading a team of digital specialists
