About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the management of the Request for Information (RFI) processes from our partners. There is often a limited timeline to provide responses which can be for either process or technology builds, changes or enhancements.

The PM in this role will have the ability to coordinate the information gathering processes with internal stakeholders and lead the project planning activities to document a timely response. The response will need to outline a delivery strategy in terms of scope, schedule & costs. If the response is accepted, the PM in this role will need to mobilise the project while a dedicated team is assigned to ensure timelines can be met.

  • Project Management: Work with key stakeholders to define project scope and lead end-to-end delivery, including planning, resourcing, budgeting, and execution. Manage risks, issues, and project communications to ensure delivery is on time and within budget. Collaborate with the ePMO to meet governance, reporting, and resourcing requirements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration: Success relies on fostering a strong team culture and building strong relationships across product, technology, the EPMO, and key stakeholders including DTP and partner agencies. It's essential to engage business owners to align technology platforms with their needs and ensure value is delivered, while managing project dependencies and communicating implementation timelines clearly.
  • Vendor Management: Manage the end-to-end vendor selection and implementation process, ensuring scope, deliverables, and timelines are met. Foster a collaborative "one team" culture through regular engagement and clear oversight of vendor activities and approvals.
  • Change Management: Ensure business changes are clearly defined, resourced, and agreed with stakeholders. Engage change specialists to support smooth implementation and minimise impacts on core operations and service levels.

Your experience includes working closely with regulatory bodies, successfully running RFx processes, and leading projects through to implementation.

You're confident working across both Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies, and you thrive in environments where collaboration and stakeholder engagement are key. With excellent facilitation, communication and presentation skills, you're comfortable engaging cross-functional teams and influencing at all levels of an organisation. You bring a practical and people-centred approach to change management and have a proven ability to lead and coach teams to deliver outcomes.
