Claims Representative – Own the First Step in Workers’ Recovery
Brisbane CBD + Hybrid | $76,466 + Super | Full-time | Permanent contract

What You’ll Be Doing
- Investigating and determining initial claim eligibility
- Gathering information from workers, employers, and providers
- Making and communicating claim decisions, including declines
- Managing a daily caseload and achieving clear KPIs
- Recording decisions in compliance with legal and internal policies
What We’re Looking For
- Claims, insurance, or case management experience preferred
- Strong analytical and written communication skills
- High emotional intelligence and ability to handle sensitive conversations
- Comfortable working independently and making complex decisions
