About The Role

Our Deal Advisory service line have a rare opportunity to welcome a Senior Manager within the team, with a focus on valuations.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside leading Partners and Managers on a variety of Corporate Finance services across a broad range of industries.

Some Of Your Key Responsibilities Include

  • Independent Experts Reports – working with our market leading team to prepare reports for shareholders across a range of transaction types including takeovers and Schemes of Arrangement.
  • Valuations (businesses/intangibles/derivatives) - undertaking research and analysis for support of the assumptions considered in valuations.
  • Due diligence engagements - undertaking in-depth analysis of company information and financial statements
  • Building and reviewing integrated financial models
  • Conduct research on companies, the economy, industries and comparable using CapitalIQ, Bloomberg, the internet and other dedicated research tools
  • Research opportunities and preparation of proposals
  • Mentor and supervise the work and development of junior team members

About You

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and post graduate studies such as CA, CFA or similar
  • Experience in a similar role within a mid-tier or large Chartered environment
  • Strong communications skills with the ability to work within a team and autonomously.
