About The Role
Our Deal Advisory service line have a rare opportunity to welcome a Senior Manager within the team, with a focus on valuations.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside leading Partners and Managers on a variety of Corporate Finance services across a broad range of industries.

About The Role
Our Deal Advisory service line have a rare opportunity to welcome a Senior Manager within the team, with a focus on valuations.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside leading Partners and Managers on a variety of Corporate Finance services across a broad range of industries.
Some Of Your Key Responsibilities Include
- Independent Experts Reports – working with our market leading team to prepare reports for shareholders across a range of transaction types including takeovers and Schemes of Arrangement.
- Valuations (businesses/intangibles/derivatives) - undertaking research and analysis for support of the assumptions considered in valuations.
- Due diligence engagements - undertaking in-depth analysis of company information and financial statements
- Building and reviewing integrated financial models
- Conduct research on companies, the economy, industries and comparable using CapitalIQ, Bloomberg, the internet and other dedicated research tools
- Research opportunities and preparation of proposals
- Mentor and supervise the work and development of junior team members
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and post graduate studies such as CA, CFA or similar
- Experience in a similar role within a mid-tier or large Chartered environment
- Strong communications skills with the ability to work within a team and autonomously.
