In this newly created permanent position, we are looking for an All rounder Utility and Bus Driver to join our Facilities team onsite at Mt Holland. You will support safety, operational efficiency and a positive culture through the delivery of bus driving and all-rounder utility services.
This is a permanent, full time position ex Perth to Mt Holland on an 8:6 roster.

In this newly created permanent position, we are looking for an All rounder Utility and Bus Driver to join our Facilities team onsite at Mt Holland. You will support safety, operational efficiency and a positive culture through the delivery of bus driving and all-rounder utility services.

Key Responsibilities
- Active participation in the establishment of a health and safety culture.
- Responsible for the daily bus run. This includes both AM and PM site runs, various aerodrome runs, and ad-hoc routes as required.
- Maintain busses and light vehicles in a clean and tidy state at all times.
- Support the safe operation of busses and light vehicles by performing prestart inspections, reporting faults, and following communication protocols for having maintenance and repairs performed.
- Perform cleaning tasks of various offices and buildings including common areas, sweeping, mopping floors, toilets and general office cleaning.
- Assisting with the running of the airport as required.
- Ad-hoc utility duties.
- Ensure offices are equipped with supplies to set the team up for success.
- Assist with any ad hoc tasks required as directed.
- Drive value creation by implementing continuous improvement in line with Operational Excellence
- 1 year bus driving experience (preferred, not mandatory)
- 1 year mine site FIFO experience (preferred, not mandatory
- Western Australia HR License - Manual
- Western Australia Passenger Transport Driver Authorisation
