About The Role

As the FP&A Manager at Tyro, you will play a key role in supporting the Senior Manager and the broader Finance and Corporate Advisory team. A key part of the role is partnering with the business, to challenge assumptions and help drive growth. This position is responsible for delivering clear insights into Tyro’s financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and overall business health. It involves building robust financial forecasts and budgets, conducting in-depth analysis, and identifying key business drivers to support strategic decision-making.

You will also review historical performance and forecast future outcomes using data from internal teams, customers, market trends, and broader economic indicators.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a Finance Business Partner to specific departments and senior executives, to support opportunities to drive growth and find efficiencies - Owning relationships and actions.
  • Deliver executive-level reporting with driver-based analysis and advice on profit and loss performance.
  • Contribute to process improvements through automation of financial reporting and accounting systems.
  • Assist in developing and refining budgeting practices and financial guidelines.
  • Translate complex data into clear trends, implications, and actionable recommendations.
  • Build and review financial models to support business cases and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop content for presentations and reports to gain alignment on financial strategies.
  • Collect and consolidate financial and non-financial data from multiple sources.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong Business Partnering capabilities, challenging and driving growth across the business.
  • Proven ability to work with business stakeholders in a commercial setting.
  • Advanced analytical capabilities, with proficiency in Excel (incl. macros, advanced formulas); experience with TM1, Snowflake, Tableau or similar is a plus.
  • The ability to work independently while also contributing positively to team outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint.
  • A CA or CPA qualification is essential.
  • Experience in or with financial services organisations is desirable.
