Objectives And Responsibilities
- Provide a positive influence to Client's culture
- Deliver project management outcomes with support from your peers
- Support client's Project Management lead
- Undertake additional work-related training and demonstrate a willingness to pursue self-development for career advancement
- Genuinely care for their clients and their aspirations
- Set a strong example for delivering projects with consideration to the safety and well-being of all for the full project life-cycle
- Set a strong example to solve problems
- Strive to deliver projects to a high quality, within budget and ahead of schedule
- Completed, or nearing completion, of a university degree related to the industry
- The right to live and work (full-time) in Australia
- Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships
- Ability to work independently and engage and collaborate with teams
- Ability to work flexibly and demonstrate initiative
- Solve problems and provide solutions that allow the team to deliver high quality services to our clients
