We are the central team responsible for coordinating employment matters across the public sector, focused on shaping a workforce that delivers for the WA community. The Role
- Identify, monitor, and analyse labour relations issues and developments under guidance.
- Provide verbal and written advice to Government and other public sector.
- Contribute to the development of strategic policy options and recommendations.
- Develop and implement strategies to address public sector labour relations issues.
- Under guidance, facilitate the prevention and resolution of public sector labour relations disputes.
- Under guidance, represent the Government and public sector employers in tribunals and other forums.
- Under guidance, contribute to the development of public sector industrial instruments (e.g. awards, industrial agreements)
Qualifications & Licenses
- Current Western Australian C or C-A class drivers’ licence) or equivalent
