As a fixed term Technical Customer Support Representative , youâ€ll provide critical behind-the-scenes support for our sales team and hospital partners. Your focus will be on email-based communication and logistics—ensuring our medical equipment is set up, tracked, and maintained for hospital demos and trials. Youâ€ll be the organiser who makes sure everything runs smoothly, on time, every time.

What Youâ€ll Do

  • Manage email enquiries from sales reps and hospital staff around demo equipment needs

  • Coordinate the scheduling, delivery, and pickup of demo kits and loan equipment

  • Track inventory and ensure equipment is clean, functional, and available

  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure timely support

  • Maintain accurate records and help streamline processes
