About The Role

As our Integrity Engineering Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in safeguarding the long-term safety, reliability, and performance of Jemena’s AS2885 Gas Transmission Assets. Working within the ISO55000 Asset Management framework, you’ll lead with vision and purpose—ensuring our infrastructure not only meets today’s needs but is ready for tomorrow’s challenges.

This is a role that blends technical excellence with strategic foresight, and people leadership with collaborative innovation. You’ll work across disciplines to shape sustainable, cost-effective asset strategies that support Jemena’s commercial and operational goals.

You’ll lead and inspire a team while driving excellence across:

  • People Leadership – Empower and mentor a high-performing team
  • Asset Management – Champion lifecycle thinking and long-term value
  • Capital Program Delivery – Shape and guide investment priorities
  • Performance Monitoring – Ensure assets are safe, reliable, and future-ready

About You

You’re a strategic thinker, a collaborative leader, and a technical expert with a passion for safety and sustainability. You bring:

  • Proven leadership in safety-critical industries, with strong regulatory credibility
  • 10+ years’ experience in Australian energy utilities or services (gas transmission preferred)
  • A track record in engineering management, asset strategy, and risk governance
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Chartered status preferred)
  • Deep knowledge of Australia’s energy policy and regulatory landscape
