Influencer Discovery & Cataloguing
- Build and maintain a best-in-class creator database across TikTok, lnstagram, YouTube and emerging platforms
- Track cultural trends, platform updates and new talent; surface opportunities to Squads and clients
- Lead outreach, chemistry calls and negotiations with creators, agents and managers
- Onboard talent with airtight briefs, contracts and ongoing relationship management
- Translate client objectives into smart influencer strategies with clear KPls, channel roles and measurement plans
- Collaborate with media, creative and data colleagues to integrate influencer content across paid, owned and earned touch-points
- Manage timelines, budgets and deliverables, ensuring content goes live on brand, on message and on time
- Coordinate production shoots and UGCcaptures; steer edits, approvals and usage rights
- Use platform analytics, third-party tools and Havas proprietary tech to track results
- Turn data into insights and recommendations that elevate future activity
- Act as daily contact for clients, presenting work, educating stakeholders and championing innovative ideas
- Mentor Coordinators and Interns, fostering a culture of curiosity and continuous learning

2-5 years' hands-on experience in influencer marketing, talent management or social strategy
- Proven track record of building creator relationships and delivering multi-channel campaigns
- Deep platform fluency - you understand algorithm shifts, emerging formats and community behaviours before they trend
- Confident client handler with strong presentation skills and commercial acumen
- Organised self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Bonus points for global talent network connections, paid social knowledge or experience in sport, entertainment or gaming verticals
