Job Description
Create your best future and join Westpac as an Executive Assistant, Group Executive - Westpac Institutional Bank
What’s the role?
Join Westpac Institutional Bank as an Executive Assistant, supporting one of our Group Executive Team members. This full-time role is based in Sydney, Monday to Friday.
You’ll be the engine behind the scenes – managing complex schedules, coordinating domestic and international travel, preparing high-level communications, and supporting the execution of meetings and events. Your ability to anticipate needs, maintain confidentiality, and manage competing priorities will be essential to your success in this role. If you love variety, thrive on pace, and have a sense for what’s needed before it’s asked – this one’s for you.
What do I need?
You’ve supported a senior executive (ideally C-suite) in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment, and you know how to navigate the nuances, the pressure, and the pace with confidence and class. You’re not just organised – you’re strategic, proactive, and always two steps ahead.
We’re obsessed with becoming our customers #1 banking partner for life and we’re looking for people who are passionate about helping us achieve that goal. In return we’re committed to making Westpac the best place to work in the country. Here are just a few of the ways we’re already doing that:
