Your role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Aurecon’s dynamic Industrial team as an Electrical Engineer, where your passion and innovation will thrive. You'll have the opportunity to work on large process plant, major mining and port, and water projects. While collaborating closely with industrial clients you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience across a diverse range of challenging and impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities To Bring Ideas To Life

In this role, you will help bring ideas to life by producing both concept and detailed designs aligned with client needs. You'll use your problem-solving skills to create innovative solutions and collaborate on large, multidisciplinary projects to deliver fully coordinated outcomes.

Safety is a priority, and you’ll apply Safe Design principles to your daily tasks while working with our industrial clients across the country.

Your responsibilities will also include ensuring quality of output for engineering design deliverables, while also delivering on our promises to our clients.

To Succeed In This Role, You Will Need

  • A relevant electrical engineering qualification
  • Electrical design experience and knowledge applicable to industrial projects including application of key Australian Standards
  • Experience in one or more of the following: high voltage, low voltage, instrumentation, or control systems
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a wide range of people
