We are seeking applications for an Administration Officer to join our Medicare Mental Health Service in Armadale, on a permanent part-time basis.
As an Administration Officer, you will provide high quality administrative and clerical support to the service, including providing a welcoming environment for clients, their families and their carers who attend the service and supporting service caregivers with administrative and clerical tasks.
The Position
Successful applicants will hold a current WA drivers license, working with children check and a national police clearance.

We are seeking applications for an Administration Officer to join our Medicare Mental Health Service in Armadale, on a permanent part-time basis.
As an Administration Officer, you will provide high quality administrative and clerical support to the service, including providing a welcoming environment for clients, their families and their carers who attend the service and supporting service caregivers with administrative and clerical tasks.
The Position
- Provide administrative support to the Service Manager and team.
- Establish and manage effective and efficient office management systems.
- Prioritise and coordinate work to meet designated time frames.
- Manage the electronic client management system (CMS) for client records and administrative information.
- Assist caregivers with the collection of data for quality indicators, finance reports and service specific statistics.
- Support data extraction and analytics for benchmarking.
- Provide secretarial support to service meetings.
- Ensure typing and distribution of minutes, correspondence and memos are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
- Arrange venues, equipment and catering for all service events.
- Manage an effective filing system for client records and administrative information, including manual and electronic systems.
- Assist in the design and desktop production of presentations, fliers, reports and publications.

We can offer you
- Salary: $74,627 to $78,011 (pro rata for part time) plus 12% Superannuation
- Permanent part-time, working 20 hours per week
- Monday to Friday | 9:00am to 1:00pm
