Job Description

We are hiring a proactive and experienced SIAM CIS Lead to drive continuous service improvement (CSI) across our IT service management landscape. This role is pivotal in enhancing service delivery, optimizing processes, and aligning improvement initiatives with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Analysis: Conduct regular reviews of service performance data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
  • CSI Planning: Develop and maintain a comprehensive Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) plan with clear objectives, initiatives, and timelines.
  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and enhance service quality.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, understand business needs, and ensure alignment of improvement efforts.
  • Implementation & Monitoring: Execute improvement initiatives and monitor their impact, adjusting strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on CSI activities, progress, and results to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Best Practices Promotion: Advocate for ITIL best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in IT service management, preferably within a SIAM framework
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and drive actionable insights
  • Expertise in developing and executing CSI plans
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Familiarity with ITIL methodologies and process improvement techniques
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage change effectively
  • Experience in reporting and presenting to senior management
