Job Description

Capgemini is looking for a PMO professional to support governance, reporting, and demand management across our managed services portfolio. This role combines internal coordination and client-facing responsibilities, ensuring seamless onboarding, performance tracking, and fulfillment of strategic and discretionary demands. Following are the key responsibilities

Governance & Reporting

  • Serve as the single point of contact for managed services onboarding and training
  • Lead the setup and execution of governance forums in line with contractual obligations
  • Facilitate workshops, governance meetings, and stakeholder communications
  • Maintain trackers for staffing, resource demands, and performance metrics
  • Coordinate with capability leads, tower leads, and RMG to ensure timely role fulfillment and project tagging
  • Manage project documentation, SharePoint repositories, and intranet portals

Account Oversight

  • Support onboarding, training, and recognition programs across the account
  • Track interdependencies, risks, and issues impacting delivery

Client-Facing Demand Management

  • Engage directly with client stakeholders to capture new discretionary requirements
  • Translate client needs into structured talent requests and project demands
  • Build Statements of Work (SOWs) and PT files to formalize expectations
  • Create and manage talent requests in GTD, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Coordinate candidate reviews, interviews, and assignment confirmations
  • Report on demand forecasts, fulfillment progress, and performance outcomes

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience in managed services and transformation programs
  • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
  • Familiarity with GTD workflows, staffing trackers, and delivery governance models
  • Proficiency in SOW creation and PT file structuring
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams
