Relationships Manager - Corporate Partnerships
Children's Cancer Institute

We’ve come a long way from our humble beginnings 40+ years ago. However, for 4 decades, our vision has been the same — to save the lives of all children with cancer and improve their long-term health through research. It’s not if. It’s when.
To accomplish our vision, we’re seeking someone who lives our values: owning and delivering meaningful work, collaborating to drive impact, challenging the status quo to create a better future, and balancing logic with empathy. Let’s achieve more, together.
The Relationship Manager – Corporate Partnerships will help the Institute to cure every child of cancer by leading a program of work with major Corporate Partners to achieve financial and non-financial KPIs relating to high value engagement with corporate leaders and the ‘opening of doors’ to wider organisational staff engagement.
As our Relationship Manager – Corporate Partnerships your purpose will be to:
- Support the development and implementation an agreed Corporate strategy to achieve short-term and long-term income and sustainability KPIs, including gross income, net income, acquisition, retention, and growth targets.
- Work with internal and external partners to ensure corporate activations and events raise funds and generate peer-to-peer referrals to build our network via referral channels including 86k for a Cure, CEO Dare to Cure and Diamond Ball, our signature campaigns.
- Design customer experiences, demonstrating the impact that connects to providing transformational journeys, and ensuring our supporters find purpose and fulfilment in their support of our mission
- Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation to achieve measurable efficacy gains.
- Manage the Corporate Partnership Retention and Growth accounts in collaboration with the Corporate Partnerships Team to ensure activity is delivered to agreed timelines and budget, as outlined in the business plan.
- Liaise in a productive and collegiate manner with internal colleagues including the Corporate and Community team, senior leadership team, operations, and research teams.
To succeed you will have…
