About the opportunity:
We are currently seeking a Key Projects Specialist to join our Milwaukee Field Sales Team. You will be covering Key Projects across South Australia, focussing on large infrastructure and commercial projects that have multiple contractors on site. Your primary outcome is to understand the project, timelines and scope of works in depth so you can confidently pass leads to other parts of the Milwaukee business and achieve or exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and authorised distributors to maximise value and collaboration.
- Identify and act on opportunities for converting new and existing (large) end users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and represent the brand at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records and insights in Salesforce CRM to support performance tracking and decision-making.
About you:
- Minimum 2 year of trade experience or relevant graduate degree.
- Minimum 1 Year direct selling experience.
- Experienced with using CRM software.
- Strong communication, presentation and leadership skills.
- Strong organisational, time management and problem-solving capability.
- Full driver's licence and excellent driving history.
