An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established South Australian security integrator. This business has been operating for over 30 years and has built a strong reputation for delivering integrated security solutions across critical infrastructure sectors such as power networks, utilities, SA Water, and government.
With a solid footprint across South Australia, this team prides itself on delivering high-quality service, technical excellence, and long-term client relationships.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on Project Management role that also incorporates Service Management duties. You will be responsible for leading a team of technicians across multiple sites (mainly Adelaide metro), ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards - on time and within budget.
We are ideally looking for someone who comes from a technical security background, such as an ex-technician or someone with a deep understanding of large-scale security systems and how they integrate within commercial and government environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support a team of Security Technicians
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Oversee and maintain project schedules, variations, and budgets
  • Provide technical guidance on security system integrations and panel functionality
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with compliance requirements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly to keep the project moving smoothly

What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience in project management within the electronic security industry
  • Strong product knowledge across large-scale security systems (e.g., CCTV, Access Control, Alarms)
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, schedules, and scopes of work
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Prior hands-on experience as a technician is highly regarded
  • Current driver's licence and appropriate clearances
