Your new role
You'll be part of a professional operations team focused on maintaining secure, reliable, and available ICT platforms. The team supports both cloud and on-premises environments and values collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Develop, operate, and maintain network infrastructure environments to meet support standards.
- Deliver services using Cisco technologies and integrate with COTS products (e.g., Fortinet, DWDM, Umbrella).
- Support and uplift Essential 8 principles within the operating environment.
- Provide expert engineering guidance across technology domains.
- Monitor and manage third-party network service providers.
- Troubleshoot and support within a software-defined network framework.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures for network environments.
- Strong background in Cisco networking.
- Willingness to grow skills in Microsoft Azure Cloud networking services.
- Solid understanding of security-first practices in ICT.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and work independently.
- Canberra, ACT-based candidates only, due to the collaborative and interactive nature of the role.
- Security Requirements: Applicants must be Australian citizens and hold a minimum NV1 security clearance. Candidates without the required clearance will not be considered.
