About The Role
Reporting directly to the Operators Manager for Wagners Concrete, this newly created role of Production Manager based in either Brisbane or the Gold Coast and supporting our various fixed plants, will see the successful candidate who is natural leader be able to supervise the concrete plant team to ensure that our values of service, quality and cost-effective concrete is produced safely and sustainably in accordance with Wagners HSE & Quality Procedures.
This is a full-time permanent position offering great career opportunities and competitive remuneration package, including a company vehicle.
The Successful Candidate Will Be Responsible For
This role is ideal for an experienced concrete production manager or logistics manager.

- Production of concrete
- Customer service
- Leadership of the onsite team
- Day to Day administration of the plant
- Safety of staff and customers
- Quality control of the concrete in accordance with Wagners Quality Management System
- Environmental management of operations
