Support the safety of every crew member by keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
As our valued HSE Administrator, your strong organisation skills and attention to detail will help ensure seamless HSE processes, systems, and documentation that underpin safe and compliant project delivery.
Based onsite at Prominent Hill, you’ll draw on your administrative skills and systems knowledge to assist with safety reporting, audits, documentation control and onboarding processes. You’ll work closely with the HSE Advisor and site leadership team to make sure our people have what they need to work safely, every day.

You’ll Make An Impact By
- Maintaining accurate HSE records, registers, and documentation
- Supporting the coordination of audits, inspections, and HSE meetings
- Preparing and distributing daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Assisting with onboarding, inductions and training records
- Helping ensure compliance with internal and client HSE Systems
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Experience in an administration role, ideally within HSE or site based environments
- Strong Microsoft Office and data entry skills
- High attention to detail and excellent time management
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Current Driver's Licence
- Exposure to HSE systems or compliance requirements
- Experience in the mining, engineering or construction sectors
- Confidence working onsite in a fast-paced environment
