About the opportunity:
As a Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing Specialist you will maintain and expand relationships with strategically important end-user customers within Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing channel across Far North Queensland.
You will be responsible for achieving targets, executing strategic objectives, creating user demand across all categories and understanding the customer's path to purchase to deliver the best support and service directly to our end-user network.
Responsibilities:
- Target and educate end users to convert to Milwaukee products and achieve sales targets.
- Develop a positive personal business relationship with all customers.
- Drive in-field conversions, trialing of new product and increasing brand awareness.
- Together with the Field Sales Representative, liaise with authorised distribution partners to create the best value for both Milwaukee and distribution partner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners in the region.
- Participate in sales events, state industry meetings, and social networks to represent company's brand.
About you:
- Field Sales or End User sales experience.
- High level of autonomy - must be highly organised and self-motivated.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Flexibility to travel regionally when required.
- Full driver's license with excellent driving record.
