About The Position

You’ll join a busy Customer Support team handling inbound enquiries from the RV Industry supporting manufacturers, trade and retail. This is a fast-paced, process-driven environment where strong communication and time management are key.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Responding to inbound enquiries on orders, stock availabilities and delivery ETAs
  • Input, management and follow up of orders for Key Accounts in Dometic’s ERP system (Navision)
  • Ensure effective processing and prioritisation of orders
  • Build a successful working relationship with Account Managers and their customers
  • Liaise with cross-functional team members including Technical Support, Warehouse and Operations and Product Management to provide solutions for customers
  • Ensures that all order processing related activities are completed in accordance with Dometic practices
  • Handles complaints from customers and seek to resolve them
  • Provides support during Dometic stocktakes on an as required basis.
  • Delivering consistent, compassionate customer service

  • Experience in a contact centre, customer service, Administration or sales role (required)
  • Strong verbal communication and multitasking skills
  • A process-focused mindset and ability to work at pace
  • Ability to build relationships and provide exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively in a team environment, as well as autonomously
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Possesses a positive, friendly attitude and a solid work ethic.
