About The Role

This role will be responsible for driving and delivering the organisation’s Learning and Development (L&D) strategies in conjunction with key stakeholders within the business. Working within a small, dedicated Learning & Development team responsible for development and implementation of training programs for all staff within Employment Plus.

Responsibilities Include (but Are Not Limited To)

  • Deliver training for staff, including initial training for new staff, and ongoing compliance and refresher training
  • Develop and create training materials, including courses, manuals, and eLearning content
  • Research, develop and implement up-skilling training programs that drive higher capability through our business
  • Facilitate virtual and face-to-face training sessions
  • Administer training registers, invitations and records
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and develop training programs to meet identified needs
  • Ensure project deadlines are achieved
  • Drive a strong training culture within the organisation
  • Complete all required administrative tasks

About You

  • Min 2 years experience in a Learning & Development role
  • Experience in facilitation, evaluation and monitoring of learning programs across a range of programs and audiences
  • Content development experience essential
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Excellent computer literacy skills within the office 365 suite of software packages
  • High level of resilience and time management skills
  • High attention to details and quality focus
  • Ability to work automatously as well as part of a team
  • Well-developed verbal communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with a broad range of people from different cultural and socio-economic backgrounds
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles
  • Experience in the Employment Service Industry highly desirable
  • Qualifications/Accreditations in Learning and Development preferred
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment highly desirable
