Based in Blackburn and reporting to the National Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Planning and executing in-person and digital marketing events from the planning and logistics through to the post-event feedback analysis.
  • Create and manage content for Employment Plus and Workspace websites, social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok, ensuring it adheres to brand and department style guide requirements., In addition, oversee the production of visuals like graphics and videos for campaigns.
  • Support internal teams by preparing promotional materials, coordinating with agencies, monitoring activities, and compiling reports on successes and improvements.
  • Manage website live chat platforms and Workspace content, resolving issues and keeping platforms updated.
  • Maintain social media posting schedules for various platforms, including engaging with platform audiences, and developing new and creative content ideas.
  • Handle various administrative tasks including but not limited to, processing invoices, ordering and coordinating delivery of inventory.

Please note: This position is a fixed-term parental leave contract, ending March 2026.

The Successful Candidate Will Be Able To Demonstrate

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a marketing-related role with exposure to the following areas is desirable: Event coordination and execution, Content creation and social media management, or providing general marketing support across departments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Canva, Campaign Monitor and Adobe suite are favourable
