About This Role
Our clinic in Hornsby is currently seeking a hybrid Medical Receptionist and Contact Centre Agent to join the team. We are happy to accommodate a start date best suited to the successful candidate.
The role is a full time position working Monday - Friday, with shifts between 7am-9pm.
Role Overview:
As a Medical Receptionist and Contact Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Clear verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.
Confidence working across multiple screens and systems.
Ability to perform shifts at the Chatswood clinic as needed.

- Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
- Answering emails and phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
- Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans.
- Billing procedures – private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA.
- Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.
- Contact centre shifts are rostered in both the Hornsby and Chatswood clinics.
Clear verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.
Confidence working across multiple screens and systems.
Ability to perform shifts at the Chatswood clinic as needed.
