Little Village Buderim | Early Childhood Education | Fixed Term
Only About Children Little Village Buderim is a 140-place campus located in the heart of Buderim Village, set on a peaceful one-acre property with breathtaking views. At the heart of our centre is a charming colonial homestead filled with warmth, imagination, and curiosity.
We are currently seeking a warm, organised and proactive Administration Assistant to join our vibrant campus team.
Key Responsibilities
Be the first friendly face families and visitors see each day
Support the Campus Director with daily administration tasks
Maintain accurate records, compliance, and enrolment documentation
Assist with rostering, communications, and basic finance tasks
Help coordinate campus events and support new family onboarding
Contribute to the smooth running of a campus where children thrive
About You
Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally in education or childcare
Childcare background is a bonus and highly regarded
Exceptional communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay calm under pressure
Friendly, professional, and child-friendly demeanour
Confidence using Microsoft Office and administrative software
