The opportunity based on our Ballarat Support office..

  • Be the first point of call for the People & Community Department and provide timely and accurate advice advice in line with Petstock Groups Customer Service standards
  • Monitor & highlight compliance issues with Petstock Groups policies, procedures and all relevant legislation across the network
  • Develop and maintain a range of HR documentation & support internal communication on HR related topics
  • Support the HR team to develop and execute Department goals & projects to align with overall business strategy
  • Ensure communication flow from Human Resources to other departments/stores is executed in a timely manner
  • Support the People & Community teams to provide ongoing HR support to develop best practice people management
  • Coordinate tasks that relate to overall Employee Experience such as (but not limited to) Awards, Milestones and Referral bonuses

If you have the below experience, we would love to hear from you!

  • HR graduate &/or 1-2yrs HR Administration experience
  • Experience in Retail or FMG Industry (or similar) desirable although not essential
  • Exceptional verbal & written communication skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience developing, implementing and monitoring programs, policy & process improvements would be highly desirable.
