The opportunity based on our Ballarat Support office..
- Be the first point of call for the People & Community Department and provide timely and accurate advice advice in line with Petstock Groups Customer Service standards
- Monitor & highlight compliance issues with Petstock Groups policies, procedures and all relevant legislation across the network
- Develop and maintain a range of HR documentation & support internal communication on HR related topics
- Support the HR team to develop and execute Department goals & projects to align with overall business strategy
- Ensure communication flow from Human Resources to other departments/stores is executed in a timely manner
- Support the People & Community teams to provide ongoing HR support to develop best practice people management
- Coordinate tasks that relate to overall Employee Experience such as (but not limited to) Awards, Milestones and Referral bonuses
- HR graduate &/or 1-2yrs HR Administration experience
- Experience in Retail or FMG Industry (or similar) desirable although not essential
- Exceptional verbal & written communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience developing, implementing and monitoring programs, policy & process improvements would be highly desirable.
