We’re on the lookout for a sharp, organised and design-savvy Procurement Coordinator to help bring our interiors to life. From coordinating logistics to managing supplier timelines, this is a role for someone who gets the details right and keeps things moving behind the scenes calmly, creatively, and always with an eye for good design.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Sourcing and ordering FF&E items in line with project specifications and budgets
  • Supporting procurement schedules and managing delivery timelines
  • Liaising with suppliers, vendors and internal stakeholders to track orders and lead times
  • Maintaining procurement logs and documentation, including POs, invoices and product specs
  • Managing our samples and material library
  • Coordinating deliveries and access to project sites, including installation support
  • Supporting sustainability, compliance and warranty tracking
  • Identifying cost-saving opportunities and sourcing competitively

What We’re Looking For

  • Tertiary qualification in Interior Design, Procurement, Project Management or a related field (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Super organised and good with numbers
  • An eye for furniture, finishes, and what makes a space feel considered
  • Confident using procurement tools, Excel (or similar), and managing email comms in a fast-paced environment
