We’re seeking an experienced Senior Change & Training Manager to lead the development and delivery of training for a major enterprise system rollout. This role is ideal for someone with a strong track record in driving business readiness through structured training and change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a comprehensive training strategy including content, structure, delivery logistics, and success metrics.
  • Lead hands-on development of training materials and oversee effective training sessions.
  • Collaborate with Business Readiness Leads and SMEs to ensure alignment with business requirements.
  • Define KPIs to assess training impact and continuously refine the approach.
  • Contribute to overall change management efforts to ensure smooth user adoption.

Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years in senior training and change roles across complex system implementations.
  • Proven leadership in delivering user-focused training programs.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
  • Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with digital learning tools (e.g. Articulate) is highly desirable.
