About the Opportunity
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to support the Health, Safety, Environment and Sustainability (HSES) team with data management, compliance tracking and reporting.
This role will suit someone who enjoys working with systems and spreadsheets, and who can turn raw information into clear and meaningful outputs.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining compliance registers, preparing regular reports and dashboards, assisting with internal audits and ensuring accurate data is captured and managed across the national team.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
- Experience in an admin or data-focused role, ideally with exposure to HSE or compliance reporting
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general data handling
- Strong organisational skills and a focus on accuracy
- Familiarity with SharePoint, Power BI or similar platforms
- A collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn
