About the role
As our Digital & Communications Coordinator, youll be central to driving our firms visibility, engagement, and professional storytelling. Youll manage content, elevate our digital presence, and collaborate with leaders to bring insights to life across multiple platforms. This is a hands-on role combining creativity, content production, stakeholder engagement, and strategic execution. An exciting and varied role with a well-respected team where ideas are actively encouraged, you will help to drive and improve the online success of our marketing campaigns - showcase our activities and people, lift our brand footprint and improve awareness of our deep market capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and schedule content for LinkedIn and other social channels
- Create campaign assets using Canva, Adobe, etc
- Write engaging, SEO-informed copy
- Conduct post-campaign reviews and analytics
- Update website content, team bios, and service line pages
- Collaborate on UX improvements, SEO optimization, and web performance analysis
- Recommend enhancements based on web traffic data
- Publish internal newsletters, intranet updates, and key announcements
- Develop marketing collateral like brochures and client alerts
- Support national campaigns, webinars, and event promotion with email marketing
- Translate technical insights into client-ready content
- Build personal brands and grow LinkedIn engagement
- Use marketing automation platforms like Mailchimp and HubSpot
- Monitor engagement, report analytics, and recommend improvements
- Track competitor activity and identify content opportunities
- Support upskilling in digital tools and best practices
- Bonus: Basic photography or video editing skills (valued but not essential).
Key skills and experience
2–4 years- experience in digital communications, content marketing, or similar
- Proven copywriting skills with strong attention to tone, clarity, and audience
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn for business, email marketing tools, and CMS platforms
- Working knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and campaign reporting
- Knowledge of AI tools including Copilot and use of Agents
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A creative and analytical mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
- Applicants must be a citizen of, or hold permanent residency in, Australia or New Zealand
