Learning & Development Administrator

We are currently seeking applications for a 6-month secondment opportunity as a Learning and Development Administrator.

About the Opportunity

This role plays a vital part in supporting the Learning and Development function by coordinating logistics, managing administrative tasks, and contributing to the smooth delivery of key L&D initiatives across the organisation.

You’ll work closely with Talent Acquisition, People teams, Operations, and the L&D team to ensure a seamless training experience for our workforce while also assisting with reporting and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate training logistics including venues, catering, training materials, and SME availability

  • Liaise with internal teams to support onboarding and offboarding training processes

  • Manage administrative tasks such as uploading enrolments, responding to L&D inbox queries, and supporting communication launches

  • Compile and maintain regular L&D reporting, including enrolment and training status dashboards
