Project Officer - Human Resources

Key Duties :

• 
  Provide responsive advice on HR, recruitment, and employment-related matters aligned with policy and procedures.
• 
  Contribute to a range of workforce projects and services (e.g., mobility programs) to proactively manage workforce activities.
• 
  Draft written materials supporting key initiatives, including change management and HR programs.
• 
  Engage with internal stakeholders to build strong relationships, understand needs, and develop practical workforce solutions.
• 
  Monitor and analyse workforce data to inform workforce planning.
• 
  Identify and implement process improvements in workforce practices.
• 
  Support team and branch priorities, contributing to a collaborative, effective working environment.
• 
  Create culturally safe environments, systems, and relationships free from racism and discrimination.
  
  

Specialist/Technical Expertise & Qualifications:

• 
  Experience providing HR advice and/or leading recruitment activities.
• 
  Experience implementing HR projects.
